John Ghrist has more than two decades of experience in writing and editing about software and technical issues for web sites, electronic newsletters, magazines, and news services. Before starting John Ghrist Agency, he was a senior editor for System iNEWS (and its predecessor titles), its web site SystemiNetwork.com, and its electronic newsletter, NEWSWire Daily. Cheryl Ghrist has worked for technical publications and community and trade newspapers in Colorado for more than 20 years. In addition to stints as managing editor of High Performance Composites magazine and the Denver Herald Dispatch newspaper, she's written and edited for Composites Technology magazine. She's also held management, writing, and editing positions at the Rocky Mountain News, Greenwood Villager, Douglas County News-Press, and Parker Trail community newspapers, as well as the Colorado Gambler, Sports Extra, and Office Park News trade newspapers.

John was founding author of Systeminetwork.com's "Product Lines" blog, was project manager of System iNEWS' annual humor section for more than 10 years, and coordinated content for numerous special publications for System iNEWS, such as the 2008 Buyers Resource Guide. He has also been a speaker at COMMON, a trade conference for IBM computer users.
Cheryl has won more than 55 awards for writing and editing from the Colorado Press Association, Colorado Press Women, and the Society of Professional Journalists. She's also currently serving as Treasurer of Colorado Press Women, the Colorado affiliate of the National Federation of Press Women.
